Fine City Chorus Safeguarding and Equality Policies

Fine City Chorus have officially adopted the BABS (British Association of Barbershop Singers} policy with regards to safeguarding all children, young people and adults at risk (also known as vulnerable adults) it comes into contact with and to promoting their well-being.

The chorus has also officially adopted the BABS policy with regards to the Equality Code of Conduct.

No Club member or visitor should experience less favourable treatment, discrimination, harassment or
victimisation because of the protected characteristics in law of sex, race (including colour,
nationality and ethnic or national origins), religion or belief, age, disability, gender
reassignment, pregnancy and maternity, sexual orientation or marriage and civil partnership.
